Development

Paramount offers development services on a full service, carte-blanche, fee or participation basis.  The minimum fee for consulting and advisory is $300 per hour for the Developer with a minimum contract fee of $10,000.  This value added service is recovered by the client many times through the value engineering and coordination provided by the developer.

From History We Have Learned...

Since 1975, Roland Stewart III, Paramount's CEO, has managed and is affiliated with many real estate partnerships, corporations, and joint ventures.  He led organizations through the treacherous early 1970's and mid 1980's.  

Paramount's developments are well controlled with greater returns and minimal risk.  Staying power and sound financial policies are the strategies for success in real estate in the new millennium. 

We concentrate on well-managed developments, providing complete hands-on management, using an in-house respect of private placement money from a select clientele.  Developments are leveraged as minimal as possible with institutional lenders.
