| Kurt Grimm holds a BA in Physics/Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College, an MBA in Finance/Marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management and a JD from the University of Houston School of Law. Kurt has 20+ years experience having worked as a patent law clerk with Vinson and Elkins (‘79-‘80); attended Fulbright and Jawarski’s 9-month, in-house litigation training course (‘81-‘82); and serving as the lead Domestic and International Crude Oil Trading attorney for Conoco, Inc. (’81-’85); Assistant General Counsel for Alcon Laboratories, Inc. (’85-94); and Vice President of Business Development, General Counsel and Secretary for Galderma Laboratories, Inc.. (’94-‘01). He was also the co-founder and President of SDR Pharmaceuticals Inc. (’01-‘03). Kurt’s multi-talented attributes include general corporate matters, acquisitions, licensing, real estate, contracting, employment, financing and various areas of physics, electrical engineering, and oil and gas/taxation. Kurt has developed business and product marketing plans for start-ups seeking venture capital financing and large multinational corporations. |
