Roger Kerbow

Roger Kerbow is a 1961 graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA in accounting. Upon graduation, Roger was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. Before going on active duty, Roger worked for Farb, Miller & Beerman, CPAs in Houston, Texas. In 1962, Roger spent six months attending the Quartermaster School in Fort Lee, VA, where he was the Honor Graduate of his basic officerís class. He served the remainder of his two-year tour of duty as the commissary officer at Camp Leroy Johnson in New Orleans, LA. While serving his country in New Orleans, Roger passed the CPA exam and received his certificate. In 1964, Roger moved his family to Grand Prairie, TX, where he worked for Lee and Bryan, CPAs. Roger became a partner and worked with Fred B. Bryan, CPA in the firm of Bryan, Kerbow & Company, CPAs. Roger began his own firm in 1970. In 1985, Rogerís daughter, Rae Ann Forester, CPA, joined the firm of Kerbow & Associates, CPAs as a partner, and continues to perform in that capacity. Roger has served in the community since his arrival in Grand Prairie. He served as treasurer of the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce and was honored as its 1971 ìMember of the Year.î He has been a member of Grand Prairie Host Lions Club for over thirty years, having served in all offices as well as Lions International District Cabinet Secretary-Treasurer . Roger is a realtor and member of the Grand Prairie Board of Realtors. Roger has been a registered representative of HD Vest Investment Securities, Inc., a non-banking subsidiary of Wells Fargo since 1987.
