Roland Stewart, founder of Paramount Investment Corporation in 1990, with 30+ years in real estate has gained him valuable experience and a successful investment portfolio record by focusing on minimal risk, well controlled projects, and greater returns. Prior to his involvement with Paramount, Mr. Stewart served for 11 years as head of the southern region of a national commercial and residential development firm. He successfully developed numerous commercial and residential properties involving the negotiation, acquisition, construction, marketing, and leasing of investment income properties achieving returns averaging 35% annually. Mr. Stewart also served as President of a national real estate brokerage franchise ERA Realty USA Corporation, assembling a top administrative and sales staff to achieve record sales levels not previously attained. Mr. Stewart is a licensed Texas real estate broker and a registered General Contractor. He is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and is actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce; Rotary International; 94-95 President of Metro Rotary Club; and 94-98 President of Grand Prairie Industrial Development Board; 2002 to present, Commissioner of Planning/Zoning, Cedar Hill, Tx.
Born an only child to a decorated military officer, Major Albert Roland, Jr. and Renate Stewart in Augsburg, Germany he traveled throughout Europe and the US attending 34 schools worldwide during high school. Mr. Stewart taught as an adjunct professor at local colleges for ten years in the fields of Real Estate Finance, Law, Appraisal, Principal (Practices) & Investments. Hobbies are analyzing business deals which are like a monopoly game to him. He currently manages $50 million of private Investment Funds for high wealth clients as well as his own family Investment Portfolio.
Mr. Stewart enjoys traveling to Lake Tahoe and the West Coast, and flying his Bell Jet Ranger III. Husband to Cheryl Stewart a native Dallas-ite and Father to his special princess, Lindsey.
