Steve is a CCFC (Certified Cash Flow Consultant) and has a Business Management degree.He attended University of Arlington at Texas, Tarrant County College, and GMI Automotive Accounting Ct. . Active inTexas real estate since 1978 as a salesman, developer, builder, and investor. Previously owned and operated several new car dealerships in DFW area representing Volvo, Saab, Subaru, Volkswagen, Jeep, Oldsmobile, Buick, GMC, Pontiac, and Cadillac . He has also owned and operated Nationwide Reconstruction and Allstate Storefront Glass. Under his management these companies completed several million dollars of projects in Texas and surrounding states. Both companies were sold and remain in business today in the DFW market. Steve has successfully managed several distressed commercial developments from 100% vacancy to full occupancy, representing such National tenants as Auto Trader and Craftmatic. |
