Steve is a devoted entrepreneur with a wide range of successful business interests. From owning and operating several new/used car dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that represented Volvo, Saab, Subaru, Volkswagen, Jeep, Oldsmobile, Buick, GMC, Pontiac, and Cadillac to owning and operating Nationwide Reconstruction and Allstate Storefront Glass, Steve has shown a natural proclivity to succeed. A consummate deal maker, Steve loves the challenge of finding a solution to a difficult negotiation and making the deal happen.
Since 1978, Steve has utilized his talents to sell, develop and build commercial real estate projects both personally and for third parties. He has successfully managed several distressed commercial developments from 100% vacancy to full occupancy, representing such national tenants as Auto Trader, Avis Rent a Car Systems, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Advantage Rent a Car, Labor Ready, and Craftmatic. Steve currently focuses his abilities on retail and office development projects.
Steve is a CCFC (Certified Cash Flow Consultant) as well as a real estate agent and has a Business Management degree. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington.
