Paramount Investments was formed in 1990 by it’s Founder and Chairman, Roland Stewart, as a full-service Real Estate Investment company for equity investments in new developments and existing properties through limited partnerships. Since its inception, Paramount Investments has provided over $1B in investment funding for a variety of investments in commercial real estate and various investment structures of public and private companies.

Paramount acquired 1,250 apartment units in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Paramount currently owns and operates 3 premiere Resort communities known as The Resort at Jefferson Park in Irving, TX, The Resort at Jefferson Ridge in Irving, TX, and The Resort at 925 Main in Grapevine, TX.  In addition, Paramount owns and invests in numerous commercial properties and other multi-family communities.
