Paramount Investments was formed in 1990 by it’s Founder and Chairman, Roland Stewart, as a full service Real Estate Investment company for equity investments in new developments and existing properties through limited partnerships. Since its inception, Paramount Investments has provided over $1B in investment funding for a variety of investments in commercial real estate and various investment structures of public and private companies.

Under Stewart’s direction Paramount has designed and managed several large multi-use master plan developments such as the $75M community known as The Lakes at Matlock in Arlington, TX and the $60M master planned urban lifestyle center in Duncanville, TX.

Paramount currently owns and operates 1,250 apartment units in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex consisting of three premiere Resort communities known as The Resort at Jefferson Park in Irving, TX, The Resort at Jefferson Ridge in Irving, TX, and The Resort at 925 Main in Grapevine, TX.
