A 43,400 square foot retail/office center known as Carrier Crossing. Paramount purchased the shopping center at 50% occupancy, and achieved 100% occupancy within 18 months. It was anchored by Sack ‘N Save Grocery (owned by Minyards). Acquired in June 1992 and sold in July 2003.

A 54,000 square foot warehouse/office complex purchased at 40% occupancy in December 1993. The Paramount team achieved 100% occupancy within 14 months. Sold for $2,192,770 in July 2005.
